Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of all KORDU LTD services.
Version 2.0 — These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("you" or "user") and KORDU LTD ("KORDU", "we", "us", or "our").

- You need an Account (via Steam or Discord) to use our Services. If you are a Minor, your parent or guardian must agree to these terms.
- We grant you a limited license to use our Services. You may not cheat, exploit, or use the Services for unlawful purposes.
- Virtual Items (ranks, cosmetics, currency) have no cash value and are non-transferable. Refunds are handled per applicable law.
- You own your original creations but grant us permission to host and use them in connection with our Services.
- We actively moderate for safety and integrity. Violations can result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans.
- By agreeing to these Terms, you limit your rights and remedies, and damages may be capped.
- Disputes are governed by English and Welsh law.
- We may change the Services and these Terms. We will notify you of material changes.
Legally Binding Terms
The following sections contain the legally binding terms of these Terms of Service.
1. Introduction & Acceptance
1.1 These Terms govern your access to and use of: (a) all game servers and services operated by KORDU LTD; (b) our websites including kordu.gg, kordu.co.uk, kordu.net, kordu.uk, justified.co, and darkrp.uk; (c) any related applications, features, or content we provide (collectively, the "Services").
1.2 Your use of the Services is also governed by our End User License Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy (collectively, the "Policies"), which are incorporated by reference.
1.3 By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.
1.4 These Terms, together with the Policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the EULA pertaining to the use of game software, the EULA shall prevail.

3. Account Registration & Security
3.1 Minors
You must have the capacity to contract in your jurisdiction and must not misrepresent your age. Minors may access and use the Services only if a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms and supervises their use. Where a parent or legal guardian accepts these Terms on behalf of a Minor, they are responsible for the Minor's compliance.
3.2 Registration
To access certain features, you must authenticate via Steam or Discord. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You may only maintain one account per person unless explicitly authorized.
3.3 Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your Account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security incident at support@kordu.gg.

3.4 Compliance with Laws
When using the Services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws. You will not use the Services in any manner that would violate any applicable law or regulation.
4. License to Use Services
4.1 License Grant. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
4.2 Restrictions. You may not:
- Use cheats, bots, hacks, exploits, or unauthorized third-party tools
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software except as permitted by law
- Circumvent digital rights management, anti-cheat, or security measures
- Resell, rent, lease, or commercially exploit the Services without our permission
- Engage in any unlawful activity using the Services
5. Virtual Currency & Virtual Items
5.1 Nature of Virtual Content
Virtual Content has no real-world monetary value and does not constitute property. When you acquire Virtual Content, you receive only a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use it for personal, non-commercial access to the Services.
- Virtual Items are licensed, not sold
- You have no ownership rights in Virtual Items
- Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value
- Virtual Items cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or sold
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Virtual Items at any time
5.2 Acquisition & Use
You may acquire Virtual Content via: (a) direct purchase from us or authorized third parties (e.g., Tebex); (b) gameplay; or (c) promotions. We may change prices and availability at any time. Virtual Content may only be used within the Services.
5.3 Payments
All purchases are processed by third-party payment providers. You authorize charges and agree to pay all fees, taxes, and any applicable exchange rate costs. Prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise specified.
5.4 Refunds & Withdrawal Rights
Except where required by law, all purchases of Virtual Content are final and non-refundable. If you are in the UK or EU, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from purchases made at a distance unless you have already used the Virtual Content. See our EULA for complete details.
5.5 Enforcement-related Measures
Where we determine you have violated these Terms (e.g., cheating, fraud, chargeback abuse), we may limit, suspend, or forfeit Virtual Content to the extent permitted by law.
5.6 No Real-Money Trading
Trading, selling, or transferring Virtual Content outside the Services for real-world currency is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to do so may result in immediate account termination.
6. User-Generated Content (UGC)
6.1 Ownership. As between you and KORDU LTD, you retain ownership of your UGC. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, perpetual license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, modify, create derivative works, publish, publicly display, distribute, and otherwise use your UGC as necessary to operate, improve, and promote the Services.
6.2 Representations. You represent and warrant that: (a) you have all rights to grant the above license; (b) your UGC does not infringe any third-party rights; (c) your UGC does not violate applicable laws; and (d) you will comply with our Community Guidelines.
6.3 Moderation. We may review, refuse, remove, or disable access to UGC at our sole discretion. We may preserve and share UGC with authorities where required by law or needed to protect safety.
6.4 Takedowns. We comply with applicable notice-and-takedown regimes. Copyright infringement notifications should be sent to legal@kordu.gg.
7. Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities
7.1 Prohibited Content
You may not post or share content that:
- Is unlawful, harmful, false, misleading, defamatory, or hateful
- Is harassing, threatening, discriminatory, or sexually explicit
- Promotes self-harm, violence, or real-world harm
- Violates the privacy or publicity rights of others
- Contains malware or harmful code
7.2 Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Bully, harass, stalk, or dox others
- Use cheats, hacks, or exploits
- Distribute malware or attempt unauthorized access
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Engage in fraud, scams, or illegal activity
- Conduct unauthorized commercial activities
- Use inappropriate usernames (profanity, impersonation, hate speech)
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services
- Engage in any activity that risks user safety or platform integrity
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without refund.
8. Moderation & Enforcement
8.1 Tools & Process. The Services include in-game and web-based tools for reporting violations. We triage, investigate, and take proportionate action. For severe or repeated violations, we may implement device- or IP-level restrictions.
8.2 Transparency & Notice. Where lawful and practical, we will notify you of enforcement actions and provide an avenue to appeal. For UK/EU users, we provide a statement of reasons and access to an internal complaint-handling system.
8.3 Appeals. If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by contacting appeals@kordu.gg.
9. Safety & Reporting
9.1 Safety. We implement measures to promote safety including anti-cheat systems, content moderation, and player reporting tools.
9.2 Reporting. Use in-game reporting tools or contact support@kordu.gg to report violations, safety risks, or suspected illegal content. For imminent harm, contact local authorities.
9.3 Disclosures. We may disclose information to competent authorities where required by law or necessary to protect users or the Services.
10. Privacy & Data
10.1 Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and store your personal information, including cross-border transfers and data rights.
10.2 Minors. For users under the Age of Consent (13 in UK/US, 13-16 in EU depending on Member State), we require verifiable parental consent where required by law. We apply age-appropriate data protection, minimize data collection, and set high-privacy defaults.
10.3 Anti-Cheat & Security. We may collect telemetry and device signals to prevent cheating and abuse as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not deploy kernel-level anti-cheat software.
11. Updates & Service Changes
11.1 Changes to the Services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services or features at any time, with reasonable notice where feasible.
11.2 Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes (e.g., by email, website notice, or in-game notification) and specify the effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you should stop using the Services.
11.3 UK/EU Users. For users habitually resident in the UK or EU, we will only make changes for valid reasons, including to reflect changes in law, maintain security, address technical issues, prevent abuse, or improve the Services.
12. Term & Termination
12.1 Effectiveness. These Terms are effective until your Account is terminated by either you or KORDU LTD.
12.2 Termination by You. You may terminate your Account at any time by ceasing use and requesting account deletion via your account settings or by contacting us.
12.3 Termination by Us. Subject to applicable law, we may terminate your Account if: (a) you fail to comply with these Terms or the Policies; (b) we believe you are engaging in activity that risks user safety or platform integrity; or (c) we stop offering the Services.
12.4 Effects of Termination. Upon termination:
- All licenses granted to you under these Terms immediately end
- You lose access to all Virtual Items, Account content, and Services
- You are not entitled to refunds except where required by applicable consumer protection law
- Sections relating to ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination
12.5 Data Retention. We retain personal data for 90 days post-termination for limited purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, legal obligations), then delete or anonymize it as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
13. Disclaimers & Warranties
13.1 DISCLAIMER. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL CODE.
13.2 Consumer Rights. Nothing in these Terms affects rights you cannot waive under applicable consumer protection laws. If you are in the UK or EU, you benefit from statutory rights regarding digital content conformity, and nothing in these Terms excludes or limits those rights.
13.3 Health & Safety. Gameplay may cause photosensitivity, motion sickness, or repetitive strain. Take regular breaks and consult a physician if needed.
13.4 Third Parties. We are not responsible for third-party content or services linked from the Services.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1 Limitations. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KORDU LTD AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.
14.2 Cap. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (a) THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR (b) ONE HUNDRED POUNDS STERLING (£100).
14.3 Exclusions. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14.4 Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold KORDU LTD harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your User-Generated Content; or (c) your violation of laws or third-party rights.
15. Governing Law & Disputes
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2 Jurisdiction. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms, subject to your rights under mandatory local law to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
15.3 Mandatory Provisions. You may benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are habitually resident, and nothing in these Terms affects those rights.
15.4 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at legal@kordu.gg to attempt informal resolution. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days.
16. General Provisions
16.1 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
16.2 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements.
16.3 No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any term is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
16.4 Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
16.5 Force Majeure. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
16.6 Interpretation. The Key Points and section headers are for convenience and do not affect interpretation. "Including" means "including, without limitation."
